Cancellation Policy

What happens if it rains? Luckily it hardly ever rains all day! We can always re-schedule or get you a refund. What happens if I’m late or can’t I make it? Cancellation policy below. ​ The photo tour in Playa del Carmen start on time! Unfortunately no refunds are available. The time for photoshoot and walk are perfectly calculated, I could wait 15 minutes if you are late. Be aware if we start late, we could not reach all spots or photos planned. It´s not possible to split the time because there are more photoshoots booked after. Standard cancellation policy For a full refund, cancel at least 10 days before the experience is scheduled to start. Weather If weather creates a safety concern, either before or during the photoshoot, we may reschedule or cancel the session. If this happens, you will be fully refunded.
